Edna Lewis

Edna Lewis (1916-2006) cooked for the elite of Manhattan over many decades and published four cookbooks that put Southern cooking back on the map. Her recipes were also published in the New York Times, the New York Times Magazine, the Washington Post, Gourmet, Food & Wine, Cook's, House & Garden, and Redbook, among other publications.
